These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lalitkumarmishra.in. Please read them before using the website, contacting Lalit Kumar Mishra through it, downloading a resource or following a link to a related service.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Additional written terms may apply to a particular book purchase, educational programme, mentoring engagement, event, download or third-party platform.
2. Website Owner
This website is operated by Lalit Kumar Mishra, Chemistry Educator, Student Success Mentor and Author; Founder of Topper Formula and Creator of The Clarity Blueprint Method™. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Lalit Kumar Mishra and authorised people supporting this website.
3. Purpose of the Website
The website provides information about Lalit Kumar Mishra, Chemistry education, student mentoring, Topper Formula, The Clarity Blueprint Method™, books, workbooks, learning resources and related professional or educational activities. It also provides ways to submit enquiries or reach external platforms.
4. Educational Information
Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It does not replace individual academic assessment, school instructions, examination-board rules, professional counselling, medical advice, psychological care, legal advice or financial advice. Users should verify time-sensitive requirements with the relevant school, examination authority, institution or qualified professional.
5. Enquiries Are Not Automatic Acceptance
Sending an email, WhatsApp message, telephone enquiry or other communication does not create an admission, teaching, mentoring, consulting, publishing, speaking or commercial agreement. Any engagement depends on suitability, availability, location or time zone, the student’s needs, programme capacity and mutually confirmed written terms.
6. Students and Minors
A parent or lawful guardian should supervise use of the website and initiate or approve enquiries for a person under 18 years of age. Students must not provide payment details, identity documents, passwords, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information through an initial enquiry. Parents and students remain responsible for compliance with school, examination and platform rules.
7. Programmes, Mentoring and Availability
Programme names, curriculum, format, faculty, schedule, duration, eligibility, capacity, location, technology, resources and fees may change before an engagement is confirmed. Descriptions of planned or upcoming mentoring, webinars, seminars, books or resources are informational and do not promise a specific launch date or place.
8. Fees, Payments, Purchases and Refunds
This website does not currently complete book purchases or collect teaching or mentoring fees directly. Book purchases and other transactions completed through Amazon, another retailer, a learning platform, payment provider or related website are governed by that provider’s prices, taxes, delivery terms, cancellation rules, refund policy and privacy practices.
If a future educational or mentoring engagement involves payment, the applicable fee, scope, schedule, cancellation and refund terms will be communicated separately before payment or confirmation. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. No Guaranteed Academic Outcome
Teaching, mentoring, books and learning resources may support clarity, practice, planning, confidence and improvement, but no examination mark, rank, percentile, admission, scholarship, career result or personal outcome is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many factors, including the learner’s prior preparation, effort, consistency, attendance, health, examination conditions and circumstances beyond our control. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, accounts, files or security controls.
- Introduce malware, automated scraping, excessive requests or technology that interferes with normal operation.
- Impersonate another person or submit false, defamatory, threatening, infringing or harmful material.

By sending material for an enquiry, you permit it to be reviewed and used only as reasonably necessary to understand, respond to or perform the requested activity, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern through good-faith written communication.
20. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive that right.
21. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the website, services, business arrangements or applicable law. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after publication of an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
